30 year old woman bothered by the puffy lower eyelids. The excess of fat was removed and the skin made smoother with TCA (chemical) peel.

58 year old woman developed an exceptionally large amount of excess skin. The lower eyelids were tightened through muscle suspension allowing 20 mm of skin removal. She had an upper eyelid operation also.

41 year old woman unhappy with the tired appearance about the eyes. The lower eyelids were treated with removal of excess of skin, muscle and fat tissue. Some fatty tissue was preserved and used to fill out the hollow trough under the eyelids. The upper eyelids were treated also.

35 year old woman with bags under the eyes had a lower eyelid operation with an inside-of-the-eyelid incision (transconjuctival blepharoplasty) and a chemical peel of the eyelid skin. The contour as well as the skin quality improved without outside markings. This is commonly referred to as no skin incision technique.
