Cyndi Soun Yi is a licensed esthetician, patient care coordinator and office manager who has been with the practice for over 16 years. Her chief goal is to help patients through every step on their journey to attaining their goals. She has a vast knowledge about not only surgical techniques, but also of the skin itself and how to utilize the correct ingredients to attain the best outcome possible. Her dedication to the practice has enabled her to build strong and lasting relationships with not only our wonderful patients but our sales representatives as well. This is a key factor in allowing our practice to flourish and provide the best possible treatments for our patients at the most competitive fees. Her many years of experience in the cosmetic surgery field also enable her to effectively make suggestions regarding all ancillary procedures such as Botox, fillers and laser treatments. Christina De Rama is the first face you see when visiting our office. She loves interacting with people and takes care of all our front office duties. Christina’s past work includes over 7 years of customer service and patience care experience. She is warm and personable, and easily builds relationships with our patients. Her goal is to ensure that every patient receive exceptional service and care. Aside from being the first smiling face you meet on the day of your consultation, she will be happy to assist you with scheduling your consultation, answer questions regarding surgical fees and policies or to help with the logistics of surgical scheduling.
